It is based in Alaska and is managed by the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy under the U.S. Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI).

The Air Force has reported that HAARP is aimed at studying the ionosphere (upper atmosphere), to better understand and use it to enhance communications and surveillance systems for both civil and defense purposes. Supposedly, that is the purpose for the creation of HAARP; but is it?

In reality, HAARP is part of the weapons arsenal of the New World Order under the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI). It has the potential to destabilize entire national economies through climatic manipulations, which can be implemented without the knowledge of the enemy, or without the use of military personnel and equipment as in a conventional war and with little cost. But if this use of HAARP were to be applied, it could have devastating impacts on the World's climate.

While there is no concrete evidence that this deadly technology has been used, HAARP represents a technology which could lead to a new class of weapons that could change our world profoundly. If misused, the tool could mess up the weather. It could be used against humanity in a way that would change what people think, believe and feel. HAARP could:

She is also quoted as saying, "HAARP is a gigantic heater that can cause major disruption in the ionosphere, creating not just holes, but long incisions in the protective layer that keeps deadly radiation from bombarding this planet."

HAARP represents a potentially significant global threat. It has the potential to modify the weather, using natural forces as weapons of war, causing earthquakes, storms, floods, volcanic disturbances, hurricanes, not to mention mind control uses. HAARP can also be linked to Chemtrails.

HAARP technology has the ability to 'zap' areas of the ionosphere through a radio wave beam and heat it, causing electromagnetic low-frequency (ELF) waves to bounce back to earth. These are the frequency ranges which can cause disruptions in the human brain. Furthermore, ELF waves can have a devastating effect on food production. (Note: 'famine' is one of the signs of the End Time according to Matthew 24).

Let’s review what POWERS are in the control of HAARP:

HAARP (a gigantic heater) pumps billions of watts of radiated energy into the ionosphere over a large area with the following potential results:

Global weather manipulation and weather warfare
Damage to ecosystems
Electronic communications failures
The altering of moods and mental states

It is described as "A super-powerful radio wave-beaming technology that lifts areas of the ionosphere (upper layer of the atmosphere) by focusing a beam and heating those areas. Electromagnetic waves then bounce back and penetrate everything – living and dead." ("What goes up, must come down!") Does this tampering with nature sound like something good and what about the huge tears it is creating in the ozone layer?

This article will be to direct our attention to the "mind-control" aspects of HAARP. According to numerous Internet sources, scientists have discovered that the human brain can be stimulated by the biological effects of electromagnetic fields, which was embraced by the Military and Political system (long ago) as a means to achieve their goal of absolute control of the population. When our leaders speak of "peace", what are they really saying? Is it really possible for the whole world to live in peace and "harmony" before Jesus returns? No, UNLESS it is a FORCED peace, with the entire population of the world being "controlled" mentally and physically! This is the goal of the New World Order! HAARP was created for this "control"!

It’s a governmental highly-sophisticated technology (Tesla technology) that the common people don’t understand, but they seem to be blindly "trusting" that their government is working on behalf of the "people" and would never do anything against the people that would interfere with their rights or cause them harm of any sort. Do you believe this? What do you think would be "required" of the people in order for the world to be united in "ONE"? It means the "sacrifice" of our GOD-GIVEN freedoms, with the government DICTATING their DEMANDS!

For centuries now, we of planet earth have been indoctrinated and programmed by the New World Order through government propaganda. Through years of subtle manipulation, these masterminds behind the scenes, have portrayed to the world what THEY want us to believe is ‘reality’, which is to ‘prepare’ the world for the acceptance of Antichrist. They are in control of ALL government agencies, the media, banks, churches, school systems, businesses, doctors, lawyers, insurance companies, scientific communities, pharmaceutical agencies, etc. And what is this business with President Bush saying now that "even if it was only his wife who supported him in this war with Iraq, he will still ‘stay the course’! What? Even if "he" and his wife were the only ones in the world who believed it should be done, than that’s the way it will be?

Through the "whitewashing" of the mainstream media, (controlled by the New World Order) we have been given a ‘false picture’ of what reality is and it influences every man, woman and child, causing the world to see, think, feel and believe what THEY want us to believe. They establish "fashion trends", "fads", "false belief-systems", "entertainment levels", "desires for wealth", "traditions" and now "fear of Terrorism" to indoctrinate and control the masses! And the News Media always supplies us with "issues of importance", which are used as distractions to keep the world from seeing what they are really doing behind the scenes.

The new technologies we see in the world today are ‘scientific advances’ beyond the normal brain capabilities of the normal human. But they are accepted by the masses as something that certain genius’ have invented, thinking that even though ‘the common person’ doesn’t possess such capabilities, that there are ‘some humans’ who do. Wrong! No human has the ability to create these technological wonders (Could you? Well, neither could any other human!). They were brought into existence by evil ‘supernatural’ beings for the purpose of the End Time control of the masses! Ephesians 6:12 says, "For we wrestle not against FLESH AND BLOOD (humans), but against PRINCIPALITIES, against POWERS, against the RULERS of the darkness of this world, against SPIRITUAL WICKEDNESS in high places (the spiritual dimension of the Air)."

HAARP is just one of these New Technologies (the MAJOR one), which involves the POWERS OF THE AIR (the airwaves)! According to the New Agers, there are ENERGIES on the earth that can be harnessed and used to BENEFIT mankind! Please don’t be deceived! These ENERGIES are the sophisticated technologies of the PRINCIPALITIES and POWERS of the rulers of the darkness of this world. They are the SPIRITUAL WICKEDNESS in HIGH PLACES, made to look like "beneficial" scientific advances. Satan is using these powers to "influence" and "indoctrinate" the people of this generation (as never before)! In II Thessalonians, it says, "because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved…God shall send them STRONG DELUSION, that they should believe a lie." Could HAARP technologies be this STRONG DELUSION?

The Bible also says in II Thessalonians that the Antichrist will demonstrate "all POWER and SIGNS and LYING WONDERS." So this tells us that he will possess supernatural influence and technologies, beyond all human understanding!

In the book of Daniel (chapter 8), it says the Antichrist will "cause CRAFT to prosper in his hand"! This CRAFT is the New Technology and through HAARP this craft can be used to cause all the world to worship him as the New Age christ! HAARP has the POWER to operate on the same frequencies as the human brain, which can cause mass mind-control! The GWEN towers (Ground-wave Emergency Network) have also been constructed everywhere in the world to be used in coordination with HAARP. These towers (are they really cell phone towers?) operate in the very low frequency range (VLF) that have a tendency to hug the ground rather than by radiating into the atmosphere. Now the entire civilization is exposed to these GWEN towers! This electromagnetic "influence" is everywhere now, in the "air" and on the ground!

HAARP (and the satellites) can also operate at a greater level and can cause WONDERS and even holographic appearances in the skies, etc! If these "pictures" can be transmitted through our TV sets, than this same "power" can do the same thing in our skies, to DECEIVE the world into thinking that what they are seeing is real! What would you believe if the world suddenly saw in the skies, appearances of, say, Mohammed, Buddha and even the true God, Jesus, and other major gods that the people worship today? They would be speaking in all the different languages of the world and then as you looked, all at once these beings merged into one, which took on the appearance of the Antichrist? Would that cause you to believe that all the different religions of the world were all worshipping the same god all along, only with many different names? This concept is what the New World Order is trying to say NOW, that it doesn’t matter what god you worship, but that all religions should be joined together into ONE for the good of mankind and to bring about "peace and harmony"!

HAARP can also manipulate the weather, causing earthquakes, tsunamis, volcano eruptions, hurricanes, etc. (WEATHER WARFARE!) And HAARP (in conjunction with the "spiritual wickedness in high places") will most likely be responsible for the MIRACLES that will be preformed by the False Prophet (Rev. 13), "And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had the POWER to do in the sight of the beast (Antichrist)."

Furthermore, are we being electromagnetically charged by the particles being sprayed over our cities through Chemtrails? Numerous sources are stating that Chemtrails are the spraying of barium powders (among others) that photo-ionize from the ultraviolet light of the sun. Then aluminum-plasma is generated by "zapping" the metal particles in the spray by either the electromagnetics from HAARP, GWEN towers on the ground, or space-based lasers. The satellites then can be programmed to track and monitor various frequencies on different parts of the body (people's eyes, ears, temples and private parts.) This unconstitutional system has the capability to spy, track, monitor and cause mind control through these electromagnetic beams. The satellites can also download holographic mind control movies, pictures, sounds, and sensations to people through this technology.

There are countless Internet sites that talk about "Silent Sound" technologies that the government has harnessed to send electromagnetic waves to mass populations; MASS MIND-CONTROL. These technologies are very difficult to understand, and I suspect that it is worse than we know! Why is it that most of world doesn’t even SUSPECT that the governments of the world are working in conjunction to bring about a One World Order? Have most of the people lost their brain capacity and ability to QUESTION? Are they so brainwashed that they will believe anything our government tells them, even if it goes against everything the Bible says and our own COMMON SENSE?

Will HAARP (and related systems) be the POWER that causes ALL the world to WONDER after the Beast and worship him as the New Age christ?

"And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and ALL the world wondered after the beast." (Revelation 13:3)

"And they worshipped the dragon (Satan) which gave POWER unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? Who is able to make war with him?" (Revelation 13:4)

How is that possible that "ALL" the world will worship Satan and the Antichrist (believing him to be the New Age christ), unless the minds of the people have been "controlled" and "altered"?

People, we are indeed living in the last days! The prophecies of old are being fulfilled before our very eyes! Jesus said "when ye shall see all these things begin to come to pass (End Time signs), then lift up your heads and REJOICE, for your REDEMPTION draweth nigh." God has and always will PROTECT His own! The Bible says: "Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the Most High thy habitation, there shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For He will give His angels charge over thee to keep thee in all thy ways." (Psalms 91). That’s a PROMISE! So rest assured, these principalities and powers have "no effect" on the born-again child of God! AND the Christians will not be on the earth (Rapture) anyway, when the full affects of HAARP will be demon-strated and used against Planet Earth!

People are now waking up to what is going on in these last days, because the Bible tells us that the prophecies of old "will speak" in the End Time. (Read Daniel 12).

The Bible says in Matthew 24, "For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, NOR EVER SHALL BE. And except the days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened." Global Warming alone, scientists are saying, is now OUT OF CONTROL and that it is too late to do anything about it. They are saying it will be a GLOBAL KILLER of all life on earth (but you don’t hear this from the Media)! The Rabbi went on to explain how the temple is the central theme of the Jewish faith. This too is no longer valid from a Christian perspective. The Messiah is the focus of our faith, the temple was only a temporary shadow of him, the true substance. Of course from the modern Rabbis’ perspective this is not true, but it is from the New Testament believers perspective (2 Cor.3). So we are NOT in agreement on this at all. The book of Hebrews is a commentary on Leviticus (among other things) and compares all the things of the law, Christ showed he is superior to what God gave through Moses. When Jesus Christ died, the veil, through which the high priest entered into the Holy of Holies once a year, was torn from top to bottom (Matt. 27:51 - 51And at once the curtain of the [a]sanctuary of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; the earth shook and the rocks were split.).

Heb. 9:26 “…but now, once at the end of the ages, He has appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself” (Heb.7:27 - 27He has no day by day necessity, as [do each of these other] high priests, to offer sacrifice first of all for his own [personal] sins and then for those of the people, because He [met all the requirements] once for all when He brought Himself [as a sacrifice] which He offered up.;

10:8-11 - 8When He said just before, You have neither desired, nor have You taken delight in sacrifices and offerings and burnt offerings and sin offerings--all of which are offered according to the Law-- 9He then went on to say, Behold, [here] I am, coming to do Your will. Thus He does away with and annuls the first (former) order [as a means of expiating sin] so that He might inaugurate and establish the second (latter) order.(A) 10And in accordance with this will [of God], we have been made holy (consecrated and sanctified) through the offering made once for all of the body of Jesus Christ (the Anointed One). 11Furthermore, every [human] priest stands [at his altar of service] ministering daily, offering the same sacrifices over and over again, which never are able to strip [from every side of us] the sins [that envelop us] and take them away--) What they are approving of and asking Christians to support is making Christ’s sacrifice of no effect. It is the very thing book of Hebrews warns not to do.

The Rabbi said of the temple that, “We never received the cancellation order, not for that commandment and not for any commandments.” This again is based on the Old Testament covenant with Israel but from the New Testament perspective (covenant) it is not correct. The temple, the priesthood, the sacrifices and all the commands attached to it are no longer applicable to believers, be it Jewish or gentile.

He then spoke about the testimony of all the prophets bearing testimony that the “era is a time which is going to unite all of humanity in a true recognition and understanding of who God is.” Yes there will be a uniting but not under the true Messiah but a false one first (Rev.13), the signs can only be discovered from the New Testament revelation. It is this application that the Jews today miss even from the Old Testament because they deny the Messiah came before the destruction of the temple in 70 A.D. The key reason for the destruction of the second temple was Israel’s rejection of the Messiahship of Jesus. Jesus declared their house would be left desolate. Now Israel wants their temple back without their repenting of their rejection of the Messiah. Which puts them in a precarious position.

Why would the true Messiah have anything to do with this third temple? Does God want the temple rebuilt by man? He does not renew any command in the New Testament to rebuild it, especially before He comes. This is what happens when one has only the Old Testament without the Messiah, they are not able to see what has been accomplished. They are presenting the building of temple with the priests and sacrifices to be renewed, which God does not accept. The sacrifices will be resumed as Daniel prophecies (Dan. 9:27 - 27And he shall enter into a strong and firm covenant with the many for one week [seven years]. And in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and offering to cease [for the remaining three and one-half years]; and upon the wing or pinnacle of abominations [shall come] one who makes desolate, until the full determined end is poured out on the desolator.

Would the apostle Paul or Peter approve of this building? Of course not, since Paul wrote about the one who would stand in the temple and desecrate it. We are also taught in the New Testament that we are now the temple, the body of Christ (1 Peter 2:5 – 5[Come] and, like living stones, be yourselves built [into] a spiritual house, for a holy (dedicated, consecrated) priesthood, to offer up [those] spiritual sacrifices [that are] acceptable and pleasing to God through Jesus Christ.
; 1Cor. 6:19 - 19Do you not know that your body is the temple (the very sanctuary) of the Holy Spirit Who lives within you, Whom you have received [as a Gift] from God? You are not your own,). Christians do not need to seek to build temples made by hands because we are the temple made by His Spirit. No temple is authorized to be built until after the Messiah is physically on earth and cleanses all wickedness. First comes the false messiah who uses the rebuilt third temple. Scripture seems to uphold that he will help approve of it as will the people who act hastily (Isa.28:14-16 - 14Therefore hear the word of the Lord, you scoffers who rule this people in Jerusalem!

15Because you have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with Sheol (the place of the dead) we have an agreement--when the overflowing scourge passes through, it will not come to us, for we have made lies our refuge, and in falsehood we have taken shelter.


16Therefore thus says the Lord God, Behold, I am laying in Zion for a foundation a Stone, a tested Stone, a precious Cornerstone of sure foundation; he who believes (trusts in, relies on, and adheres to that Stone) will not [a]be ashamed or give way or hasten away [in sudden panic].). Israel will need permission to rebuild the temple, which will probably come by an agreement from both parties.

Which Messiah is going to be in the third temple?
Not Jesus whom we are waiting for. The false messiah comes and enters the rebuilt Jewish temple

2 Thessalonians 2:4 - 4Who opposes and exalts himself so proudly and insolently against and over all that is called God or that is worshiped, [even to his actually] taking his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming that he himself is God. “who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshipped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself he is God.”

2 Thessalonians 2:6 that reads: “and you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time.” The Anti-Christ does not come looking as the Devil but as a lamb “he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon” (Revelation 13:11-12 - 11Then I saw another beast rising up out of the land [itself]; he had two horns like a lamb, and he spoke (roared) like a dragon.

12He exerts all the power and right of control of the former beast in his presence, and causes the earth and those who dwell upon it to exalt and deify the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed, and to worship him.). In other words with great authority “The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders.” In other words, there will come a time where the power of Satan will not be restrained, having full strength he will perform signs and wonders unlike any modern man has seen before (Matthew 24:24 - 24For false Christs and false prophets will arise, and they will show great signs and wonders so as to deceive and lead astray, if possible, even the elect (God's chosen ones).). Both the false prophet and the Antichrist will be able to deceive everyone on the earth by their miracles.
